Elite Assisted Holidays Australia does not offer full assistance holidays unless pre-arranged


These holidays are designed to provide a service for people who are active and mobile requiring only, minimal assistance and supervision whilst holidaying. It is necessary for the traveller to be able to toilet, shower and look after personal care independently with minimal assistance

ratio, maximum 2 guest to1 staff



These holidays are supervised by fully qualified, experienced staff, all staff are experienced in caring for people with disabilities, and are holders of a current First Aid Certificate. 24 hour Staff supervision. Staff are available for assistance with personal help, laundry, packing and unpacking, shopping, money budgeting and medication or any other requirements arranged made prior to booking.

Holiday Cost DOES NOT Include             

  • Single use cabin unless pre arranged..
  • Spending money.
  • Any additional tours at ports of call not included in itinerary.
  • Additional costs maybe incurred for pick-ups and drop off if not included at time off booking. 
  • Items of a personal nature such as laundry, phone calls, excess baggage, purchase of unexpected/forgotten toiletries. Medical/surgical requirements (except for first aid items)
  • Repair to property damaged, replacement of damaged articles.               


If the traveler requires staff to administer medication, medication must be in Webster packs or dossette box. Please sign authorisation for Elite Assisted Holidays Australia staff to give out medication. all types of  medication, lotions must have persons name on them and be on the authorization sheet to be administer by our staff.

These activities will be arranged with you before departure to ensure you do activities you are interested in..

Elite Assisted Holidays Australia are fully inclusive and the cost includes, GST, accommodation, meals,  travel costs unless stated. Holidays can be organised to a specific groups requests.



Elite Assisted Holidays Australia gives you a professional service. Elite assisted holidays Australia does not accept any liability or responsibility for injury or loss of travelers person or property.All travelers must be insured so we will arrange this prior to departure. You need to be at meeting points for pick up and drop offs on time. On day of departure if you are not at meeting point we will leave without you. On our return from holiday if person picking you up is not at the meeting point on time they will need to call Leeanne on her mobile and she will endeavour to arrange an alternative (however this is not always possible).


Deposit and Charges

Deposits are needed at time of booking to secure you place

Balance is due 3 months before commencement of tour


  • 1-60 days prior to commencement of tour - 100%
  • 60 days prior to commencement of tour - loss of deposit



Elite Assisted Holidays Australia reserves the right to withdraw participation of holiday from anyone whose behaviour is likely to affect the tour or course disruption or safety to other travellers, staff or other people.or safety of themselves.

Elite Assisted Holidays Australia shall be under no liability to such person. In the event of a traveller needing to be withdrawn from the holiday due to behaviour or medical reasons, it is the responsibility of the person being withdrawn to meet the costs incurred by Elite Assisted Holidays Australia returning that person. Please be aware that Elite Assisted Holidays Australia does not cater for persons whom self-injure, or with violent or aggressive behaviours.
